Great bag for Motorbikes
I was interested in the motorbike specific 30l dry bag by Lomo, but was disappointed to hear that you couldn't fit a crash helmet into it. I also have 30l day bags and thought I would benefit from a bag with greater capacity so I could use it day to day on the bike commuting to work or for overnight trips away. This bag looks very tough, it's made of thick material which hold its own shape even if it's empty on your back. The straps are great and keep it close to your back so it doesn't flap about or drag even on the motorway. I suspect you could adjust it so it rests against the seat to ease the weight from your shoulders. On foot the bag does not seen any less comfortable than any other backpack, think I could carry this in comfort for some distance.Capacity wise this bag can swallow up plenty. It makes my lunch and work stuff look tiny! I emailed the supplier Mark prior to purchase who was very helpful and told me the bag has a circumference of 88cm which is slightly bigger than my large size crash helmet, and he confirmed customers have used this bag for motocycling.I can just ease my lid into the bag if required which is very handy for days out, and there is still room for some more stuff. The bag is one cavernous space and I plan to buy some stuff bags to divide my belongings up to manage the space.Due to current weather I've not been able to test the waterproofing, but based on the reviews of this and other Lomo products I am confident the bag will be able to cope. I have found the ice axe straps lower on the bag are useful for locking my disc lock between, stops the inside of my bag getting dirty but keeps my lock secure when not on the bike.I bought from Amazon purely for returns policy in case this bag didn't work out. Postage was really fast- ordered on Saturday night, arrived Monday with full order tracking. It makes more sense to buy direct from Mark via the Lomo website and buy several items as Lomo have a fixed postage cost regardless of order size and prices on their website are slightly cheaper than elsewhere.Having been out on the bike in the rain, I can confirm this bag is waterproof even at high speed. This is a clear five star product that needs better promotion for motorcycle use IMHO. Highly recommended UK product!

Great bag, ideal for when Im riding my motorcycle
Great bag, ideal for when Im riding my motorcycle, lots of space (no pockets however) I can fit a crash helmet in (width/circumference being good) with plenty of room for more stuff in the compartment. The only issue for me is the top roles down, and is complexity waterproof from the heaviest rain fall, but its not a bag I would use if there was any significant risk of full submersion, as the top does not seal completely when clipped. its also comfortable when worn (tho I have not worn it in any warm temperatures as yet.) Its sturdy and feels good quality.

Excellent water proof rucksack
Great backpack, easy to use and fits plenty. Mine has survived the English rain and the snows of New York and it's kept its contents dry throughout. Not recommended if you want to keep putting things in and taking them out frequently as rolling and un-rolling the opening flap gets tiresome but excellent for people who cycle or walk to work and need to keep things dry, or as carry-on luggage when flying. I've had this stuffed full and it's fitted in the over-head storage fine.

Simple and effective
This is a great bag for the price.Durable and totally waterproof. One chamber. No frills. Less to go wrong.Sure, a few external pockets would be welcome but that would put the price and weight up and add seams that might undermine the waterproofness of the bag.

Great expedition pack
Great expedition pack. Recently took this backpack on tour and it was worth its weight in gold. Was able to take it on the plane as on board luggage while fully packed. Proved fully waterproof - including during two 15 minute swims across a lake where it comfortably floated along as I pushed it across. Everything was still bone dry when we reached the other side, including phones and cameras. If it can comfortably withstand 15 minutes of immersion, I don't foresee many problems with anything else short of submersion - and considering it floats, that shouldn't be too much of a problem. That said, I would recommend double bagging phones, cameras, etc with another smaller drybag, if only for peace of mind, if you have the opportunity. The only 'downside' is that it is simply one big pocket, there are no smaller pockets inside. Personally I prefer this as it gives me greater latitude to square my gear away as per my tastes. Any other equipment that you need to have to hand you can simply carabiner to the ice-axe loops. The back padding is comfortable and well integrated into the pack as a whole, I had very little discomfort walking around all day with 20-30kgs in the pack.Edit: I've had this bag about 6 months now and it has been really put through its paces. I use it as a daily driver whenever I'm cycling. Aside from this It's been dragged through the French alps, manhandled over rough rockfaces; drenched over three day downpours in the Brecon Beacons and most recently used as my main daypack on a London to Paris cycle through somewhat inclement weather. It's handled every situation thrown at it with aplomb and still keeps everything as dry as the day I bought it. I'm especially impressed with the PVC material's resistance to abrasion. It now has a well-earned spot in the gear I use on an almost daily basis.

Great bag!
Great bag - strong and simple to use. Used it for 12 months then gave it to my son to use for university since its cavernous nature makes it perfect to carry text books plus lots more besides. Thinking of getting another one now since I am missing it a lot! The colour is great although I am biased - orange is my favourite colour :)

Bottom of bag fell apart within 1 week of use.
Bottom of bag separated from seams within 1 week of use. Leaving a big hole for stuff to fall our from. Poor quality, do not recommend.
