I think I got a used or returned product! Scratches on top, already turned on without pressing the power button, and Microsoft logo at the back is kind of erased a bit! I also checked for the warranty using the serial number and found out that the remaining period of the warranty is around 20 months and not 24 months!! This is definitely NOT a brand-new product.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this device. display is vibrant and sharp, perfect for both work and entertainment. The processor combined with 16GB RAM ensures smooth multitasking and performance, and The 512GB SSD offers a lot of space and fast access to my files. It's lightweight and portable, making it ideal for on-the-go use. The only downside is the limited port selection ( no ethernet or hdmi ), but overall, it's a fantastic premium laptop that's worth the investment. However, there is a newer version of it if you’re looking for something more.
