BNOSDM Indoor Cat Cages

Missing lots of parts - came with parts list and instruction sheet, checked parts to list - missing 8 wire panels, 6 frames, 6 vinyl platform panels, 16 connectors, 4 door buckles. Called Amazon, options were return for replacement or refund, asked about contacting seller for missing parts and customer service not optimistic indicating seller out of the country (I assume China). We needed cage right away so opted to put together what we had received, ended up with smaller cage only 3 tiers and barely had enough panels for that, ONLY leftovers were 2 connectors and we had to use gates and platforms for the roof. Connectors do not hold the cage together, MUST have cable ties and the small package included did not have enough so had to buy more. Not a sturdy cage at all. The panels for platforms are covered with cheap vinyl, we accidently stepped on one and it split open several inches so dug out the duct tape, I do not believe the vinyl will hold up to cat claws. The gates and plastic door buckles are a joke, need small clamps (had to buy) to hold the doors shut. 80 bucks for cheap junk, I do not recommend this item.

Not to hard to put it together. I did it by myself. I do recommend on getting more tiny zip ties to put more on the 4 corners top and bottom. Works great for my Foster Babies. Have Rome to play. Also put in a small cat tree. Love the door.

Too many missing pieces to even put one tier together. Opened on Christmas Day with a new kitten running around on the floor and no cage to put her in to teach her "house manners" since she is a rescue. What we didn't get: 8 mesh panels, 3 iron frames, 6 netless boards, 16 connectors, 4 door locks. It's a nice looking cage and I would have been happy with it as it was large enough to keep my little Shadow in until she learned to use the cat box and a few other "house manners". But with that many pieces missing and we honestly tried to make a "modified put together" so we could use it, there was no way to make it work.

This cage, or “Cat Condo”, has worked amazingly for me! I foster many cats and kittens, and this is perfect for keeping new animals separated when they first come home. It’s very spacious, especially compared to an average dog crate, such as what I was previously using. It not only has space for a litter box and food, but also other toys such as scratching posts. It also has good vertical space as to allow for climbing!It was easy enough to put together. I was able to put in together within the span of one episode of my current show. It’s held up pretty well too. One of the platform pieces has torn, but it was easily patched up with duct tape.The only issue that I’ve really had is that small kittens <8wks old can easily squeeze through the bar spacing. Other than that, it’s been a good product that serves it’s purpose well!

This product is very cheaply made. The clips will not stay in place. Come with zip ties so manufacturer is aware of the low quality of this item. Gave it 1 star because it arrived promptly.

Was pretty cool idea but came with many of the pieces missing, so I sent it back

Item received 3 days late even after paying extra for expedited shipping.We are missing 37 pieces and are unable to completely build the structure.
