Since the information is vast and profound, a book that brings this knowledge together on the page is highly valued and appreciated. Here, a seeker can read about the basics of Lujan's philosophy as well as the descriptions and impacts of the ancient physical forms he teaches, a system of movements he calls Lo Ban Pai. If you are curious about these teachings, this book is the perfect place to start.

Lujan has wrote a number of books that contain nuggets of wisdom on Lo Ban Pai. This book is more of an overarching summary.I'm glad that this is available for me to share with others who may be curious. I noticed that the contents are from the website, true, however having everything in *one place linearly* is helpful in its own right.I have read the rest of Lujan's books and still benefited from reading the philosophy overview. (first 33 pages).
