With the included tool it took me 5 minutes in the dark to swap this thing out. Compositing the new arm to the factory old it’s an exact clone. Same design and quality. Included blade is a good quality. I did think it was faulty at first but it has a protective sleeve on the actual blade that has to be removed. Overall I’m satisfied and my rear wiper on my 03 expedition is working again with a good looking new part. It’s a small detail but looks better that the old faded part. Picture is of old part.

The product fit and worked well

Didn't even get to install went to pop the cap off that exposes the nut and the plastic broke also alot smaller blade than what came with my 2005 expedition anyway.the blade recommended on my expedition is 17 inches this one is way too short looks funny
