High 5 Citrus Plus Iso Gel Sachets 60ml Pack of 25

Good levels of energy and by far the easiest on the stomach that we have had. During endurance events its often your stomach will suffer at some point but these are much easier to digest and do not have a thick consistency where you need half a litre of water just to get it down.

I used the gel a couple of times. It feels more like light juice than a gel which is fine as gels are not tasty. It seems to do the job but difficult to say as I used only a couple of times. After 6 miles I had a gel. I had the feeling that It helped for the last 4 to 5 miles. Be aware that It is not easy when you run to open it, in fact even when you don't run. I found that it works better to pour the gel in a small platic bottle before you go for your long run. This works perfectly for me.

You can spend a lot of money on similar products, but this leaves me very impressed. The price is great, and the flavour is pleasant (some other brands can taste awful). It also has just the right mix of energy and caffeine. I take one of these at the start of an hour's exercise and have noticed the performance benefit.

Arrived on time. I take one of the gels before I go for a run and another during the run. I find that they are easy to open and easy to swallow and digest and are not as thick and gooey as some other gels I have taken.

Good for a burst of energy when needed. Not so good for reflux or heartburn.. Tread carefully if you have a dodgy gut!

Does the job, but although the packaging all says "Citrus Plus", every gel I've had so far tastes of apple, hence the poor review. Not sure if this is down to wonky tastebuds, or if High 5 have shoved the wrong flavour into a particular batch. Also, not particularly easy to open while running, but I seem to be getting the hang of it.

These Iso Gels are perfect for me as they do not require you to have water at the same time which is just as well when you are in a race no where near a water stop. I get no GI issues with them and find that taking them whilst running is absolutely fine, about every 4-5 miles when on a long run.I have tried other gels and have had terrible times with them, no such issues here.

Im not really a fan of gels and supplements, but as i am running longer distances now i felt i needed something to give me a boost during a run. These don't taste too bad, but i did have to wash it down with water afterwards as they are quite syrupy. They definitely gave me a boost though, i took them at the times that the website advised and i could feel the difference. would recommend

Habe bereits viele Energy Gele ausprobiert, aber High 5 ist mein Favorit. Belastet nicht, der Geschmack ist sehr gut ( subjektiv ) und auch bei längeren Touren gibt es neuen Schub bevor der Hungerast kommt. Für mich Top!

J'ai acheté ces gels sur les conseils d'un ami qui fait des triathlons. Ils sont parfaits pour les sorties longues du dimanche. Je prends un gel toute les 30mn. Pas de coup de barre, pas de maux de ventre.

Guter Geschmack. Hilft sehr schnell bei Hungerstreik.

bon produit et facile a utiliser , bien pratique le fait , de ne pas a avoir besoin de boire une demi gourde pour prendre ce produit .

Die High5-Gels finde ich beim Rennradfahren sowohl zuhause wie auch im Urlaub absolut genial, um schnell und problemlos Energie zuzuführen. Dieses Gel klebt nicht und hat den ganz großen Vorteil, dass man nicht zwingend Flüssigkeit dazu aufnehmen muss, d.h. es geht zur Not auch mal ohne unterwegs. Habe viele Gels und Produkte schon ausprobiert, aber mit diesem bin ich richtig zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung, da obendrein noch ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vorliegt.
