Great quality, worth the extra price point. Nice size thumb turn.
before purchasing, I wasn't sure if this would be worth the higher purchase price, however, on receiving & fitting it, I'm glad I spent the extra. Nice quality including the 3 supplied keys. The thumb turn on the inside has a large knob and is great for elderly residents, these are the later type which don't stop the key opening from the outside, if the thumb turn is used inside.

perfect replacement
perfect fit, lost my door key and dont have the code to get a new key cut online, Timpsons wanted tom charge me £26 for one key or £39 for 2, this lock which comes with 3 keys cost me less than 1 replacement key would have cost!

Easy to fit - no protrusions on current version
Seems like a very good quality secure cylinder. Reviews & some photos suggest there are protrusions on the outside of the cylinder, making it difficult to fit. This wasn't the case with the one I received.A few comments:Spare keys are expensive - a set of 3 keys from Yale are a similar price to the cylinder, which came with 3 keys.I took the cylinder to a hardware store and got keys cut from an original. I took the cylinder with me, so they could check they all fitted (both ways round).The blunt-ended key design means it can be fiddly to put the key in, so maybe not ideal for elderly relatives.The cylinder I received was in a clear plastic bag, presumably trade rather than retail packaging. The keycode wasn't visible but theoretically the supplier could have opened & repackaged the cylinder for all I know. Good job it wasn't for our house!

Terrible and Unsafe
Terrible, somehow someone is unlocking my door and trying to come in, the only thing that has prevented it is a d ring attached to the chain to leave no gap. I can’t figure it out to be honest I have all the keys none has been missing or out of my possession it’s meant to be a great lock yet somehow someone is gaining access to the home not once or twice it’s happened 8 times! It’s bizarre to say the least, having to install expensive cameras now as a deterrent and am buying another lock.
