Organic Echinacea Plus Elderberry Seasonal Tea

I have been using this tea to recover faster from a variety of cold and flu-related illnesses for many years. You'll see different recommendations out there on the web, but I've always gone with 8 - 10 cups of tea per day for 14 days, then give it 14 days off before using again so the body doesn't become acclimated to it. (I'm not a doctor, but this is what I've always gone by based on information I was reading about this at the time. These are just my personal experiences; obviously, I'm not able to, and would not want to try, to give medical advice.) This version of the tea includes elderberry, which I think tastes a lot better than versions without, and better than the version with spearmint added--that's personal taste, though. When I've used this tea in this way, it's always lessened my perceived symptoms. This brand is my favorite, and seems to be high quality. I like the flavor and the smell, but I like it best with lemon and sometimes some honey.

The best. Delicious flavor. We mix this with peppermint for a brew that helps us relax in the evening and hopefully strengthens our immune system again the common cold.

Great tea. Hard to find in stores

I begin each morning “setting” my stomach for the day and this tea accomplishes just that. It also boosts my immune system and has no caffeine. It’s perfect for sipping while having devotions.

This tea is AMAZING!!! Love it! I drink this tea regularly especially since the pandemic. We had gotten sick about 2 years ago and we were on the road with our business. We needed something fast to help us and found this tea at Walmart. One dose and our symptoms were cut in half and we were able to work. Since then, I keep several boxes of this tea in my home as part of our medicine chest. We also drink this to boost our immune systems. It works beautifully! It has a combination of echinacea and elderberry. Win-win for getting well boosting the immune system. 5 stars!

Traditional Medicinals Echinacea Plus Elderberry tea is one of the favorites around our house. Between this and the peppermint, you can always find plenty of it in the cupboard. For a particularly delicious cuppa, in our house we've been known to combine this with the peppermint tea! This is one of our top brands and any flavor is enjoyable, but this is certainly found in a cup on almost any night and can't be recommend enough!

I'm usually SICK during the entire fall season, with sinusitis and bronchial congestion. Thought I'd try some natural preventive measures that I'd heard about on Dr. Oz. Now Echinacea Plus is not a product that was endorsed by Dr. Oz, but I'd repeatedly heard guest physicians recommend the benefits of echinacea, elderberry, and zinc, for staving off colds and the effects of chronic allergies. At a very reasonable price, I ordered the tea and was surprised to receive six, sixteen count tea bag boxes in one package. I've drank at least two to three cups of this tea every day, along with sucking at least 3 elderberry complex lozenges throughout the day. This is the first fall I've not had to consume multiple brands of over-the-counter meds, then giving up and going to the doctor for prescription meds and multiple antibiotics, before feeling normal again sometime mid-winter. Yes, I have taken an over-the-counter (no BP elevating) med for my persistent runny nose. And I used the "Neti Pot" a couple of times. But this is the first fall I've been relatively healthy-not SICK-and free of the usual miseries of chronic allergies and respiratory issues. So if you're a chronic sufferer of allergies, respiratory issues, or you and your family are vulnerable to the environments of contagion (work-place, school, and public transportation), I strongly suggest you "beef-up" and support your immune system by adding these proven natural products to whatever health regimen you ascribe to.
