Not much to say, except it's a quality filter made by a reputable company known for putting out good parts that equal or are better than OEM. I like the built-in hex nut that helps tighten or remove the filter. Why save a couple of bucks for a cheaper filter when this one is already cheaper than OEM, and better?

My motorcycle needs a really good seal for the oil filter or it will cause oil to spill everywhere (learned at the expense of my driveway) and hand tight isn't enough. OEM torque specs are surprisingly high. The bolt head on the filter makes it extremely easy to achieve proper OEM torque in a hard to reach area. Overall filtering from this filter is great too! Great performance and easy install.

K&N are my go to oil filters for my motorcycles. I use them on my BMW and custom chopper with S&S motor. No complaints!

If you are a degenerate and torque your oil filters to 200 ft lbs with red loctite and have to make it look like titan submarine when you remove it from your bike, well you’re in luck…just tickle the nut and it comes right out.

K&N quality is why I always use their products.. air , oil .. variety of filters. These, you can feel the quality of the build. Thick sides and check valves you can see are built strong. What I also love about these, is 1. you can wire tie this to a solid part of frame or motor. Mine is located in front of the rear tire. If it were to spin off,, well I would be done for. 2. removal is easy! Just use a wrench or socket to fit on bottom of filter and zip it releases from the seat. ( do not use to tighten) Sometimes access to filters really need a way to reach in and loosen .. this helps

Good product. Installation was a breeze. The nut attachment helps hugely, and removes the need for a separate filter remover! As for performance, I do not have any yardstick for measurement, but since K&N is a reputed brand, I am not worried about its performance.

Excelente producto

Fits ok on my BMW motorbike without having to purchase a special oil filter removal tool. Normal socket set works great.
