It does exactly what it says on the tin!
I would recommend this to any one who suffers from a bad neck. Such a small adjustment, but it really corrects your posture while you sleep and you wake up in the morning without pain and discomfort. Takes a little while to get use to it.

Worst quality product
Please do not buy anything from this seller. complete cheating of product quality. very poor quality product. they will say something in the website and once you bought they will not take return.

This is a good quality product based on the McKenzie book 'How to treat your own neck'. Very stable support.

Unfortunately doesn't work for me
I had High hopes about this cervical roll, but after one night struggling with it, it is just not for me.I placed the roll under the pillow, and also above the pillow, like in the image that comes with it. The foam is too hard and my neck got stiffer. Both trying to sleep on my side, and on my back, was just not comfortable and had a terrible night sleep. Unfortunately won't be able to return it, as to expensive return costs to USA. Got out of pocket with this one, as it's not cheap either.

Made no difference. Couldn’t return it either.
I tried this for one night and my neck pain was worse than ever the next morning. Am very disappointed that I cannot return it. A waste of money.

Original McKenzie Roll great but £10 cheaper elsewhere!!!
Recommended by NHS Physio and works but I bought elsewhere as Amazon £10 more expensive.
