Webbox Cats Delight Lick E Lix Cream with Yoghurt and Milk 7pcs Case of 17

This wasnt what i was expecting. The other flavours in the same size long box are thin long tubes. These aren't and i feel a little underwhelmed. Actually they are very moorish for the cats and they go crazy for it as a side order to their normal food. Its great to crush and hide meds in. Put half in their bowl then crush your meds for the cat and then put the rest onto and mix in. Dont be tempted to put the tablet in whole - if your cat(s) are like mine they will spit the tablet out! Crushed not once have they left it. Which is great and less stressful for both owner and cat giving meds! I have purchased again so the packing is just environmentally wasteful. Aww these are good quality treats,, My cat will only have the cream yogurt flavour soo this is perfect,,, Case if 17,, 7 in each amazing,, definitely recommend,,,,,,,

These were... Ok. The problem is about half were plain watery milk and not yoghurt. My cat ate the yoghurt and left the milk water. I mailed the supplier who contacted the manufacturer. Answer was basically... All ok. Suck it up. when I buy the same things from Tesco's or other suppliers they are all consistently yoghurt. I would not buy again because I think these are seconds.

Flavour must be good as cat loves em , I have not tried so do not know, Look to milky for my taste anyhows,Use these to bribe My kitties, works great..

2 of my cats have been Lick-e-Lix obsessed for a few years, enjoying 2-3 each per day. Normally, we give them one, they ask for another almost immediately. I ordered a case of 17 boxes (each with 5 small sachets) as I have done many times before. All good…..or so I thought. NEITHER of my 2 would eat any of the pouches. We tried various little pouches from a few individual boxes within the case but they sniffed, walked away and sat in front of the drawer where they ask for “lickies” (as we called them). Totally bizarre! I emailed the company (Webbox), with all the info, photos of boxes, batch ID info etc and heard nothing for 3 weeks. They finally replied, basically asking for the info I had already supplied. I emailed again (this time to the actual email they sent from), not just the one on the website and, another 2-3 weeks later had heard nothing! I (randomly) received a single box of 5 individual sachets (my query related to a case of17 boxes, each of 5 sachets) in the post. No note, no email, no delivery note, nothing. It was THE SAME batch number etc as I had contacted them about so I emailed again, no reply. I tried my cats with this and both AGAIN rejected it. Despite a total lack of help from Webbox, I ordered another case from Amazon (in the hope it was a different batch) - we live in rural SW England so there are no suppliers close by and ordering a single pack wasn’t an option. Sadly it was the same batch AGAIN. As there was ZERO help from Webbox (shameful!!!), it was retuned, unopened to Amazon. I would love to tell you if this is simply a batch fault (though clearly, this is a HUGE batch!) but as the manufacturers have (over 6 weeks now) failed to engage, I have no idea if this is the case or if they have changed the recipe, (perhaps “downgraded” it), but 2 absolute Lick-e-Lix devotes will no longer even sniff it. Their lack of customer service is truly awful and my cats are now enjoying the Catit range of lickable treats and loving them! Shame on Webbox - everyone can make a mistake but such truly awful customer support in inexcusable. Check the batch number on my photo and AVOID!!!!

Excellent customer service especially during these very difficult times. They informed me straight away that they didn't have the flavour I ordered in stock and offered me a replacement which I (and more importantly my cats!) were very happy with.

One of my cats has learned that I can’t say no when doing the washing up, she cries until I give in and give her a treat 😂

I have been ordering this product from Purely Pets for a couple of years as I can't buy it in any shops. My 2 cats love it. A case of 17 x 7pcs last about 2 months with 2 cats.
