Excellent, easy to use. 3 lb 2" cubed beef chuck roast, 1/3 cup of this, toss to coat, add 2 cups chicken or beef broth, cube a large onion, and cook in the Instant Pot 45 minutes, then natural pressure release 10 minutes. Use tongs to shred and make quesabirria tacos!

Do you have some beef roast in the fridge? Do you have an insta-pot (High Pressure Cooker)? Do you have Chef Merito Birria Marinade??? Then you have everything you need to make instant Birria!! We just tried this over the weekend. (Sorry, no pictures) Had about 3 lbs of shoulder roast and placed it into the instapot. Added about a 3rd of a can of Birria Marinade and equal amount of water. Set it to medium for about 1.5 hours and TADDA* Birria was done!! Just went in there with a couple of forks to pull all the meat apart and let it sit in it's juices. Made the whole house smell like a Mexican restaurant! On a hot cast iron pan, I melted some bacon grease (can use pork lard, beef tallow or butter) and brought it up to medium high. I dipped a tortilla in the Birria juice and fried one side, flipped, added cheese and and Birria meat into it and folded, flipped one more time and serve!... Best Birria tacos I have had in a long long time!! 😎👍
