Brilliant little corner cutter
Great quality corner cutter which cuts evenly and cleanly though paper and card stock. Just used on some 220 gsm paper to round off the edges on print and play cards I printed. The cutter is small and easy to store and gives your cards a professional look and feel. Well worth the purchase and highly recommended for crafting projects.

Excellent Piece of Kit!
This made a job I was dreading - rounding the corners of 324 promotional cards - a relative breeze! And what's better is there were no miscuts resulting in wasted cards, thanks to the really positive cutting action of the machine and firm card seating jig. I was half expecting the machine to blunt when doing well over 1,000 cuts on the same 5mm cutting section but it didn't.I'd heard good things, but at this low price point the machine surpassed expectations and much better than my X-Cut corner rounders I've been using for years.

This is lovely. Solid quality, crisp cut through 2 sheets of paper. Good weight. Pleased with purchase.

High quality mostly accurate
Bought to replace a cheap flimsy corner rounder that just chewed up corners, this is a much better quality cutter. It does 3 rounding sizes and I have found it mostly easy to use, however I have found that the Medium corner profile, which is opposite the handle is inclined to jam and to fail to cut as reliably or accurately as the other 2 profiles, which is the reason for only getting 4 stars. I am usually rounding the corners on sturdy cardboard, and this cutter would have no issues at all with thin card and paper. I am happy with it and tend to use the small or large profiles to avoid any issues when cutting thick card. The price reflects the quality of this item, and having tried and failed to use the very cheap versions I considered this a worthwhile investment. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who regularly rounds corners. This is very useful to have as someone who makes ATCs several times per week and so uses it dozens of times most weeks.

Quality corner cutter but for light - medium craft/hobby use
Variously described as either as a ‘corner cutter’ or ‘corner rounder’, the Kadomaru Pro from Sunstar is a beautifully constructed item, made from quality plastics and a tactile delight to use, with its distinct and satisfying 'click’ every time a corner cut is made. It is clearly designed to cope with small craft projects only.It offers three sizes of corner cutting: 3mm radius (small); 5mm (medium) and 8 mm (large). Rather cleverly, the plastic press lever on the top is not only moulded to show the indicators S, M and L but also the actual shape of the cut, so that you can have an entirely accurate idea of the shape of the corner cut being applied to the paper. In terms of what it can deal with in one cut, I'd say it can cope with up to about 4/5 sheets of 100 gsm paper a cut, but anything over that I think that would be pushing it, if you want a clean cut. Overall, an excellent corner cutter for light hobby or occasional use.If you want a heavier duty corner cutter, then look elsewhere. For example, something from xcut, dogcraft or we are memory keepers, however, you will need to spend at least about three times as much, i.e., in the region of £30+. If you want a really heavy duty corner cutter, then I suggest consideration of a product from postroom-online.co.uk which sells some truly monstrous manually operated industrial/professional corner cutters, but be prepared to spend in the region of £100 or more!

SUNSTAR KADOMARU PRO CORNER CUTTER (S4765036) B0076FJ7SS
This corner cutter arrived extremely late from it's seller ietomo Shop, in Japan. BUT, that said, I contacted the seller to actually ask for a refund. They replied very swiftly and very curteously explained the UK Customs and delivery system to me, and asked me to wait for another week, as the item could still arrive. I am so glad they asked me to wait, as the Corner Cutter DID arrive, undamaged and in full working order. They also included a complementary Oragami creature, that someone had hand made for me. I have replied to ietomo shop and let them know the parcel has arrived, and they are delighted. The corner cutter itself, is small, neat, well made, and cuts beautifully on paper and card up to 255gsm maximum, (single thickness at max 255gsm) and cuts 3 different sized corners to give a nice rounded finish to what would otherwise be a sharp pointed corner. This little cutter is perfect for all types of papercraft, and could well prove to be something of a "Workhorse". I still find it hard to believe that this little corner cutter has travelled all across the word from JAPAN and arrived completely undamaged. And I most definately give the seller TOP MARKS for Everything. They have been so polite, kind, and extremely helpful. I would like to wish ietomo Shop all the very best succes for the future. Thank you.

You get what you pay for
This is a great cutter and have had no issues with thin paper up to thicker card. It rounds corners beautifully. Very happy with this product.

A robust corner cutter
The unit is bigger than I thought it would be. It's about the size of my palm and I mean my whole palm. It's very simple to use, you put the paper in the corner size you want (small, medium or large), make sure that both edges are lined up and then press down on the top. There's a 'click' when it's pushed all the way down. The cuts made are very clean, I haven't had any issues with them not turning out well, only in cases where the paper is not pristine. If there's a little dogear then I've struggled to get the cut on the small cutter, it might take a couple of tries, no issues with the bigger sized ones.I've tried cutting various types of paper. It's possible to cut multiple thin pieces at the same time. With thicker card it's only one at a time. The cut corners are collected at the bottom of the unit, like a hole-punch, you take off the plastic base to empty it out. Last Christmas I made my own cards. I printed the design on card stock and cut them to size. I found that my rounding off the corners it really improved the overall quality feeling of it. This is a bit pricier than other corner cutters but it's never failed me yet.
