My company bought the roller mouse for me -- took forever to get here (probably all the red-tape needed to put a PO in process, etc.), so when I realized I needed the extended palm support, I just figured I'd buy it myself and save the pain of waiting for a month before it arrived if purchased by my company.It is exactly what I needed. It is soft and shaped just right for resting my wrists on when using the roller mouse. Thanks, Amazon, for having it available to purchase from you!

The brought Contour Design Red Roller Mouse back to new and fresh state after 4 years of heavy use!The Contour Design Red itself is simply the best addon you can purchase to make using your desktop, or notebook, a much more pleasant work experience.(Yes, I even bought a 2nd one to travel with as I often work 10+ hours per day and I really notice the improved productivity and reduced fatigue when using my Contour.Contour Design Red is one of the best ergonomic decisions you can make!Bravo Contour!

I wanted the one piece and Contour says they don't make a two piece so I bought this item. But this one is in two pieces so did I get a knock off? It was sent from Contour Design, Inc. HQ n Windham NH. Although it's not what I wanted and it is not as thick as the original shorter wrist rest that came with my RollerMouse Red, I think I can get used to it.

Contour Design Red Plus Palm Support is great. The original mouse didn’t have enough support. When I switched it out with this one, it made a difference night and day. Love it.

Difficult to learn how to use. Good customer service. Returned.

great extention to my roller mouse

As of now(Jan 2021), there are three palm supports for a Roller Mouse. The basic one, this(Red Plus) one, and ArmSupport Red(the most support). I actually have all three of them.In the office, I used ArmSupport Red all the time and it's been great. Since covid, I was forced to work from home, and ArmSupport Red was too big for my small home office. For a few weeks, I had to use the basic support, but it was too small and narrow especially on the left side.This Red Plus is a perfect solution for the current situation. It is small enough for my small desk while giving enough palm support. If you invested in Roller Mouse spending that much money, this Red Plus is totally worth to buy.I have 3 notes.1. Different from the image on amazon, the surface is unibody and smooth, not having a horizontal line. I wish someone at contourdesign look into it, and replace the product image as it confuses many people including me. (I was planning to return if the product had a line in the middle like the current image).2. I couldn't see any image showing the side. As you can see in my picture, it is not a convex shape. Somehow I thought it is thick to the (bottom) end and full convex shape. That being said, the current design is completely fine with me.3. If you are curious, my keyboard is "Kinesis Freestyle Edge". I've been using this keyboard and mouse combination for a few years and I can't think of a better ergonomic solution for me.
