This product don't work and I'm not a bad flash person so with the little flash at night I get it don't control I will continue to take them cause I spent my money but not working for me

These taste great, give you energy & are easy to chew , however make sure you eat when you take them bc they can irritate your tummy if it’s empty!😊🎀❣️

I was using another product but it wasn't available so I tried this one. I don't like the taste at all. It has kind of an odd first taste and the follow-up taste is even worse. Tastes like chemicals. I had put it on subscribed inside but I won't be buying this one again.

Haven’t seen a change yet, but I still take the gummy’s for the menopause actually tonight. I didn’t wake up in a sweat.
