Gorgeous watch by Seiko
I love Seiko watches and this watch comes very close in appearance to my Seiko watch that a not nice person stole when in our home. This watch just like all Seiko watches are classic in design and keep excellent time. This watch looks like a bracelet, in a way, and is perfect on dainty-sized wrists. I highly recommend this watch or any Seiko watch since they are functioning pieces of jewelry and are reasonably priced!

simple, attractive, accurate watch
This order was a replacement for the same model watch, which I apparently misplaced. The previous watch performed impeccably and was appropriate for all my activities except gardening. It survived being dropped a few times and the occasional exposure to water. Recently, the finish was looking a little worn in a couple spots. When I received it I had a couple of the bracelet links removed to fit my wrist, but the only maintenance required was battery replacement every few years. I expect this watch to be equally satisfactory.It didn't hurt that the first watch was priced at Amazon $100 below Macy's sale price for the same model--or that this one was priced even lower!

Seiko Quality for Seiko Two-Tone Women's Watch
First, a bit about me. I have ordered many, many things from Amazon over the past few years and have always been delighted with my purchases and customer service, which was only needed once. This review is not meant to be critical of Amazon in any way. I am a huge fan and will remain so. I also through the years have owned and always been very pleased with various Seiko watches that I have had and enjoyed. Seiko for me has always meant beauty, functionality, and quality. Unfortunately this watch has not met the quality criteria that I have always associated with Seiko.The watch was delivered on July 17, 2015 and worn for the first time on July 23. The watch itself is lovely. Delicate, very feminine, and marvelous for those of us with very small fine-boned wrists. Unfortunately the first issue was with the clasp. It would not open. Not a problem, says I. I will wear it as a bracelet. The second and most serious problem occurred when, unbeknownst to me, a pin had fallen out of the clasp link and the watch fell off my wrist in a store. I would never had known until a very kind lady picked it up and returned it to me. The quality is a serious item in this watch and I hope that if any Seiko employees monitor this site that they will give some badly needed time and effort to quality control. It really is a black mark on the Seiko name and deserves to be addressed. In summary, much as I loved certain features of this watch, I cannot recommend buying it.Sincerely,Lorna Zelenuik

Love this watch!
I fell in love with this watch at a local department store and it was on sale there for $170 so I thought I'd look around a bit on line. I was shocked to find this one for less than 1/2 the price on Amazon and wasn't sure it was the same but was so happy to see it was when I received it! The silver band is a more dark shiny silver that I love and of course it has the gold accent. I like the two-tone finish because my wedding set is gold but I wear a lot of silver jewelry. The face on it is small, the way I like watches, but may be a little small for those who are farsighted (my mother-in-law mentioned she would have trouble seeing it). Great value for a Seiko watch and beautiful piece!

Very easy to take the extra links out
Ordered this watch late on 12/27/15 and it arrived a day earlier than the expected delivery date of 12/31. Stunning watch, looks dainty but feels solid. Very easy to take the extra links out. The face can be difficult to read at times. Not a design flaw, just my eyes getting older. Shouldn't be a problem since I'm needing to wear my reading glasses more and more often anyway. 1/14/16 update: After only a couple of weeks, the small screw bar on the end of the band that the clasp hooks onto came loose. I did not know this until it came out and the watch fell off of my wrist. Luckily I found the screw and was able to fix it. Guess I'll have to periodically check all the screws in the band and make sure they stay tightened. If you buy this watch, plan to invest in a very tiny screwdriver.

Perfect for a Small Wrist
This is my 2nd watch of this same style. The clasp on my last one came loose after a few years, and I lost it in an airport.I knew I only wanted this style of watch and found it on Amazon for less $ than anywhere. This watch is small, unobtrusive, and very comfortable to wear.With my small wrists, I still needed to have 5 links removed. It's difficult to find places that will remove links for you these days, but I went to a major dept. store where this watch is sold (for many more $) and they were happy to remove it while I shopped.The watch looks much more expensive than it is and very elegant.

Problems and only two months old
A good looking watch and my wife really liked it. Only problem was - the watch face crystal disappeared somewhere and now I'm checking out how good the warranty is when I ship it back to the repair facility. Didn't expect this after only two months and it could take 4 to 6 weeks to get it fixed.

Love this watch
My late husband bought this watch for me and I lost it. Loved it, and when I saw it on Amazon was pleased with the price. Was especially pleased when it arrived and was exactly as described, it not better. Was nicer than pictured.To the woman who complained the clasp was not tight, take it to a jeweler, they will tighten it and probably without charge. I took the watch to a jeweler to have some links removed as it was too big for my wrist. Asked about the clasp, and he said it was tight, but could loosen with use, and if I should notice it getting a little loose to bring it in and he would tighten it without charge.
