With so many probiotics to choose from I wasn't sure my first choice was the right one. My dealings with this company for many years has earned my trust. I would go on and off Omega XL Fish Oil to try other brands ( Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oil for one, plus others) and I always came back to Omega XL. I have great skin (a side benefit) while taking one a day for my fish oil intake. I decided to try their Probiotics. I suffer from diverticulitis with a mild pain on my lower left side almost constantly. I don't watch what I eat, so I am a chance taker, because certain things I eat could set off a major flare up. I finally decided to write a review because this product has really helped me, to the point that, after eating really spicy pizza last night and my pain on my lower left side getting stronger and an upset stomach, I took these probiotics and my side pain went away and my stomach calmed down all within within half an hour. I think most people don't have a physical problem to tell them whether their probiotic is working, but I do. I feel alot heathier taking this product before bed every night. They claim to help get rid of the bad bacteria too. In my experience, this company has quality products and great costumer service.
