My husband was having trouble sleeping, for years. I read magnesium lotion helps. I bought this and he finally isn't walking around like a zombie. He has undiagnosed restless leg syndrome. I figured out he was waking himself up all night. Now his legs aren't restless and sleeping through the night.

This stuff really works well. I’ve used it for 5 years. I only wish that you could get it in a tub form. The pump's work for a while and then stop. They are horrible. Please make a tub form or redesign the pump.

Leg cramps from hell! I use this before bed ( bedtime! that’s when I get cramps) sometimes I still get one or two and quickly rub this into my skin. Cramps start to go away! Better than the foam product I used for years. Try it, all you have to lose are the cramps!

I like the cream but the pump stopped working when product was less than half used.

I need to preface this with “I don’t give reviews”…if you’re on the fence of buying this, do it! I have severe Charley horses in both calves with my feet falling sleep on occasion. The first time I used this, it did a better job of loosening my calves than a professional massage.
