This is a fantastic massager. It is well constructed, comfortable, and works just as good as the much more expensive ones. It is ideal for the neck or back area, but I also found it quite comfortable on my fourth point of contact as well (just look it up haha). It's basically like they took a part of those expensive massage chairs, cut it out, and put it in pillow form. I also like the inclusion of the car power adapter. I can surely see using this on the go. Great massager for the money!

 My Mother has severe Arthritis problem, sometimes she has too much swelling in her joints. I was using a heating pad for her before but now this massager makes my job very easy. My mother can use it on her shoulders, arms, and neck for massage and also for the heating purpose. It has different variations also you can speed up as you want. And another plus point is that it is wireless massager so she can use it anywhere don't have to be near the socket. And the reverse rotating option is also unique, you can rotate it as you feel more comfortable. I think it's good massager for joints problem patients and I also use it after my exercise or a long day at work.

Love this little machine. A cordless massager?! Whoever came up with this needs a pat on the back! This is going to be amazing when I go on vacation. My neck and shoulders always get to hurting from long drives. I will be able to ride down the road while getting a massage now. I've been using it at night after a long day and some rough workouts and I go to bed feeling great. It's not too rough either. I just place my hands in the arms straps and I can control how deep it massages.

This is a very high quality item with a very good design. The arm sleeves allow you to choose exactly how much pressure you want as well as adjust where you want it. It has 3 different settings and is very powerful. It can hurt a little if you are not careful but that is a good thing because it makes the massager very powerful. It automatically powers off so make sure you do not over heart or injure yourself by falling asleep on it too long. The heat is a very nice feature and it does not get too strong. I am actually very impressed.

This massager has been very beneficial for me. I will be buying the other ‘styles’ with the hand straps and wireless in the future. I also bought some as gifts. I do wish I had purchased the wireless version myself, but my furniture is just not close to electrical outlets which is easily remedied.I have been using this on my shoulders/neck and lower back. I have seen an improvement in both my sciatica and tensions headaches. I tried using it my car, but I have a compact vehicle and a large bottom, so it didn’t work for me without pushing me too far forward. Someone with a larger, plusher seat would not have a problem.The unit is easy to use with just two buttons. You can turn the heat on/off and change the rotation speed. You cannot change the intensity, but if you lean back on it more/less to do that yourself. The heat isnhelpful and not overly hot.I am a teacher and can not afford the regular massages the doctor says I need. This little guy is affordable and helps! I definitely recommend!

I love this because it helps get a spot that I can't myself. It's perfect for unexpected being after a long day at work. I'm very happy with how well it works and how powerful it is! It's easy to store and easier to setup! I'd highly recommend this product for anyone in the market for one :)

Stated battery wouldn't charge but it does ... was waiting for the blue lights to stop flashing but the plug has a red and green light, green light shows it was fully charged, other then that it works great ... still need to go to the chiropractor but this is good for those in between appointments.

I had a terrible fall 2 months ago leaving me unable to use my arm for 3 wks. As I have been recovering I still have some shoulder pain that runs down my arm. This had been very helpful in working on the shoulder and neck area and relieving a lot of the pain. I've also used it on my quads as the muscles right above my knee were also injured. I'm very glad that I purchased this.

There is no simple quality check to see if the machine even working. Wasting my time.

It works with no problems. Pulled it out of the box, charged up the battery for about an hour and tried it out. Best neck massage I’ve ever had.

The way you can move it around your whole body

2.5 star coz i cant use it while charging so i have to wait to be fully charge then i can enjoy usong it for almost 2 hrs and mine got 2 loose screws so i have to tighen it up...

probably the best thing i bought here but if it vibrated would be better

This massager is awesome.It gets deep into my muscle with just a few minutes.Feels great to use and made my neck feel great ,so does my back.Would like to recommand to my friends.
