Just amazing base from the subwoofers

I replaced my old Yamaha 7.2 home theater receiver and upgraded to the latest Yamaha equivalent (RX-V6A). After letting the new receiver do its auto speaker configuration I immediately noticed that my old Polk PSW-10s were not handling the new Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Surround signals well at all -- bottoming out and making what might be called impolite noises. After lots of research I decided on the Klipsch R12-SWs. Re-ran the receiver speaker setup program with the new subs and it is the difference between night and day. I couldn't be happier with the decision. These Klipsch subs take all I can throw at them with no distortion and perfect sound reproduction. The only issue was that I had to go through the room and put self-adhesive felt pads under all the picture frames on the walls and the cabinet doors so they didn't vibrate. I can't imagine a pair of subs sounding significantly better than these. You could spend a whole lot more and probably not get much more. Awesome and worth every penny.

these things pound, you definitely need 2 to make it really do it's job and sound more balanced, they are insanely loud even at lower gain. they shake the whole house!!!! my only issue was shipping with adorama, idk what they did but it got dropped what looked to be 10-15 different times and it was in the normal box, I assumed if I bought the 2 pack they'd come in 1 giant box you know? and it got delayed after the first 4 days of shipping, said it was coming on the 12th onstead of the 7th and then got here on the 9th with no notification until after i grabbed them. but other then that 10/10 sub would recommend 👌 UPDATE: 10/21/24 it's been a little over a month now and let me say, break these guys in and you'll be amazed these subs make sure there is plenty of bass in every song at every volume, the frequency response is insane I've got them to go as low as 15hz max volume just shaking stuff off my nightstand.

Product meets all of my expectations

Added this pair of subs to my purchase of: 1.) Marantz 8K UHD AVR SR5015-7.2 Ch 2.) Four - BIC America PL-980L 3-Way Floor Speakers 3.) BIC Acoustech PL-28II Center Speaker Tight and strong base with accurate sound for the money. I have mine each set on just under 40% on the volume nob. No need to turn these subs up. They pound.

If you're not interested in straightening pictures on your walls, this speaker isn't for you. We are big entertainers and finally bit the bullet on premium sound. This is the first purchase I have made in a long time that I am truly impressed with.

The best BOOM 💥 for your buck. Absolutely fills the room with great lows. I picked these up to round out my 7.2 set up. Klipsch did it again.

Junk these are horrible compared to powered Klipsch 12 HGB I've had for 10 plus years and not even comparable these new version are Crap unless u really don't know anything about sound quality then here u go these are perfect for u... Very disappointed in Klipsch guess I'll have to return and go with POLK SUBWOOFER NOW THEN... JUST SHACKING MY HEAD WITH THESE WHILE JUST IN DISCUSS
