I waited several months before writing a review, so I could see how the blanket washed and wore over time (photos taken at time of review). It has exceeded expectations! I was worried how it'd wash, based on other reviews of fraying and seam tearing, but I have washed it at least a dozen times, and it feels as good as right out of the box! No sign of tears or frays or matting of the softness, it's lightweight but perfectly warm and cozy, great for spring/summer/autumn bedding (we go heavier in the winter here in Colorado). We love it so much, I've already picked out 2 more colors!UPDATE - still no sign of tears or frays or matting of softness, and I wrote the above review about 18 months ago (so it's now almost 2 years after purchase). It still looks the same as in the photos. It's been washed countless times (make sure to follow the care instructions on the tag). Impressive quality for the price!

I bought this as my old comforter and my personal blanket attracted her foof like a moth to a flame. So I bought two of these- and while it does have fur on the blanket it isn't nearly as bad.The process to remove the fur from these two blankets is significantly easier than my old two blankets. Shake off, wash, dry... clean. The older two would need me to run a hand vac over them, shake out, wash twice and still have fur on them.They are a bit warmer than the older ones but that is a small trade off and is entirely subjective to the individual- you might have a different experience.

**Update to this product review** I really do like this blanket. I was contacted by the seller due to the 3 start rating I gave, see below. The seller EASELAND contacted me to try to get a better review, we communicated back and forth and they said they would send another blanket if I changed my review. I didn't ask for additional products nor did I expect something free. I didn't like the idea of being bribed for a review. This should be honest an honest review. I didn't respond to their emails and they stopped trying to contact me. No new blanket was received by me and I don't know if they ever sent one. Here is my original 3 Start review - I do like this blanket. The issue is everywhere I read there is little to no lint from this blanket and that is the exact opposite of what I experienced. Major amounts of lint after washing and drying. I followed all instruction perfectly and it didn't help.

I bought this for my daughter to nap at school. Instead of buying her nap mat, I thought of buying a throw blanket that will fit for her to use until she is 5yo (she is now 2.5yo). For someone with sensory issues, my daughter absolutely loves this blanket. She has no trouble at all napping at school and I would say thanks to this blanket because it is so comfy and makes her feel like she is at home. This blanket is way cheaper than buying the cartoonish nap mat. I am very happy with my purchase.

Super duper soft... My Gah.... I can't get enough of it. It looks so elegant. Material is thicker than others. I bought 3 brands from Amazon. This one is the best! The royal blue is amazing. I definitely recommend it!

I loooove this blanket. Its SO SOFT! Also, you can "pet" the fabric in different directions and it changes color a little. When I get home from work, my bed is covered in kitty paw prints, telling me a story about where they napped, if they fought, etc.Hoping it stays this soft after a few washes.

This was a surprise. I really love this blanket. It is so soft and so warm. With previous blankets I've had to buy king size for my queen bed, but this one has ample blanket on each side of the bed. This was a great buy.

I should preface by saying that I am pretty sensitive to materials....I'm allergic to fake fur and have to be very careful of the blankets I bring in my house. I thought I would be fine with this blanket because it says 100% polyester/microfiber and that's what my couch is made of, which doesn't bother me. So I didn't even think about it.Within a week of getting the blanket I was getting sicker and sicker, but wasn't contributing it to the blanket, I figured it was my dog/cat allergies or pollen allergies. My eyes were swollen, my throat was swollen and itchy, extreme fatigue, etc. So I did what I always do when I get an allergy attack - wash everything. I washed everything, including the blanket, which was a mistake. Eventually, I started being suspicious of the blanket. I went outside and wrapped myself in it and I got so sick I could barely breathe. That's when I realized I made the terrible mistake of washing and drying the damn thing, mixed in with all of my other clothes and sheets and blankets!Now I'm just trying to decontaminate the house and it's such a pain. This blanket really ruined my life for two weeks. I'm not sure what made me sick, but I'm NOT allergic to the materials it claims to have, so there is obviously some other weird material/chemical mixed in with it. If you have sensitive allergies then take my advice and stay far away from this blanket!

This is very soft, warm and is a good size.

Perfect blanket looks lovely and retro velvety smooth and comfy. Very happy with it.
