Excellent
Ive always wondered if there was a "my first quran" as ive seen the my first bible and thought it was a great idea for kids. I was really pleased when I found this its very colourful and quite simple to read. Its great for allowing your children to see that the quran is accessible to all at any time whenever they want to read it, its not just meant for the top shelf :)

very good book at a very reasonable price.
A very well made book, nice hard back, clear font and good size with lots of coloured illustrations on every page. My nephew and niece really do like the book a lot. With 42 chapters in 318 pages the stories are quite short. we find this works well as we often get through a few at a time taking it in turns to read to each other (between the kids and myself). There is a moral to each story but some are not clear for the kids to understand but I'm sure any adult could explain the moral of the story if a child had difficulty in following. Similarly there is the occasional word that my niece doesn't follow as I don't expect a 5 or 6 year old to know the meaning of "curse" and "sacrifice" which is fine as it helps develop her vocabulary but may be frustrating for some kids as it makes the story a little bit harder to follow. what is really nice is the back of the book cross references the stories to where you can find them in the Qur'an. For the cost of the book, its well worth having if you have young children regardless of their faith, if any. It is especially good if you want you child to learn stories within the Qur'an to help develop their interest. If not then its just a nice short story book.

Amazing
Excellent book. Bought it to read to my 9 month old and he loves looking at all the illustrations while I read to him. My 6 yr old and 11 yr old nephews also read the book and learnt a lot from this. Particularly love that each story in this book teaches about different morals. Would highly recommend for children of all ages.

Children of all faiths should have one.
I bought this because my 7 yr old daughter wanted to learn more about Islam, because her best friend is Muslim. She absolutely loved it and read it cover to cover in 2 days. I think it's so important for children to be taught about the real Islam in today's climate, and not be misled by scare stories in the media.
