I'm updating my original review. The ones that came in a bottle were excellent. The ones you get now are in packet and nowhere near as effective. Whereas previously I said these are great, that review doesn't refer to the new ones. The picture should be changed showing the new packaging!

not as advertised
What a joke...they are nothing like the prunalax I have bought before ! the advertising misleading. The brown ones shown in advert are not they ! they used to be. The price is crazy...don't waste your money...see actual tablet size. I used to cut them in half. This new one has done nothing for me. They come in a box NOT TUB. Made in Chile !!! Total con.

They actually work not as good as prune juice, but effective.

Great for constipation!
This actually works and was very effective within 24 hours. I only took 1 tablet at a time and worked great. This product did not have a taste and was gentle on my stomach. The ingredients seem to be natural enough. The name is a bit misleading because it does not contain any prunes. The senna comes from senna leaf extract. The size of the tablet was pretty big comparable to a multivitamin. The only side effects I experienced was heartburn, but it went away as soon as I stopped taking this tablet.

Great relief
Fantastic laxative, I was a little blocked up for a few days and then, I discovered Prunelax. Took 2 at 10:00 pm woke up 8:am next thing I’m on the toilet crapping like a goose. Best laxative on the market.

Finally some relief!
This product finally helps me with constipation! I have dealt with it for years. After a few weeks of taking these laxatives at night, I finally felt a routine starting. It was not an overnight change and sometimes the relief was only slight. It is not always a major amount of relief but I have become more regular with the continued use. The tablet has a slight smell to it but I found it easy to adjust to. It is a small battle anyway compared to the eating prunes.
