Great for little hands and curious minds...
I bought this for my three year old daughter, having used them with a class of reception aged children at work.My daughter loves 'Where's Wally' style searching books, and so I thought this would be a great time to introduce her to using magnifying glass. It was wonderfully sturdy and brightly coloured (we received a yellow magnifying glass and green tweezers) so was very popular in our house. She has loved exploring the different ways to use the glass and especially like examining faces with it. I'm sure we will continue to find new ways to utilise it as she gets older. We have not yet used the tweezers, but they are nice and big so should be easy enough for small hands to operate. We have not been disappointed with our purchase and I look forward to many more fun times using it.

Bug hunting
I bought this for my 1 year old and 4 year old after his school teacher recommended a magnifying glass to help with my son's attention span. He enjoys looking for bugs using the magnifying glass but is finding the tweezers difficult to use as they are so tight. I struggled with them too. The little stand on the magnifying glass is helpful for my 1 year old who can't be bothered holding it. Both toys have been packed in a huge, full suitcase and made it 5000 miles across the world without any damage whatsoever so I am impressed with it's durability. I would recommend this toy for any young child needing a magnifying glass for bug hunting!

Good quality children's magnifying glass set.
Very sturdy, good size and easy to hold for 2yo and 5yo. Same as ones used at our forest school. Perfect for garden adventures and exploring further afield.

Great item, daughter loves it, finding the bugs!
I have been looking for a great children's magnify glass for a long time, ever since my daughter found my grandmas she has been fascinated with it. I have ordered many in the past and they simply do not magnify, most of them are rubbish. Until I found this one, its perfect, it has super magnify and bulky and colorful my daughter simply loves it. Takes it everywhere with her. She is freaked out by bugs but this has made her feel more comfortable going out in the garden and finding them, and picking them up with he free tongs it comes with!Thank you for reading; because like you I too read reviews which may influence my decision-making, I hope mine has helped you?

A great value fun toy for a three year old
Perfect for my theee year old grandson who was constantly taking my kitchen magnifying glass to ‘look for clues’. He loves it and the bonus was getting the tweezers along with the magnifying glass. This duo has kept him busy for hours whilst visiting us.

Not the clearest image
I have used many magnifying glasses over the years and this really is just a toy. The image is not pristine when viewed. So no good for serious work. However, it amuses my grandson and, if he breaks, it is not my expensive glass.A ring round the lens pops out on a hinge to make a stand to be hands free.
