Best Valued DJI Beginner Drone! It's easy to fly and great for beginners who want to get into DJI drones. It's packed with lots of features like QuickShots that helps you record videos. It's camera quality is superb with up to 4K 30fps video. It's very stable in-flight (as long as you have at least 13 satellites/GPS connection) . There's lots of functionality in the drone that you can use for different occasions such as nature photography or just flying it for fun! At the time of writing this review, the DJI Mini 4 Pro was out and the DJI Mini 3 Pro was hard to find. I suggest getting the DJI Mini 3 Pro if you can find one that's reasonably priced and at a price you can afford since it does have sensors that assist you in-flight and can stop you from crashing into things as the DJI Mini 3 (non pro) does not have sensors except for downward sensors used for landing. This drone will still get the job done but everything comes down to personal preference and use case. If you value more features and increased safety, I suggest looking into the DJI Mini 3 Pro as I mentioned earlier or maybe the DJI Flip. If your into FPV, I suggest getting an Avata or an FPV drone rather than a drone like this since the FPV mode on the mini series or any other series than the Avata series is not truly FPV and doesn't fully submerge you into the experience of flying FPV.

Very easy to fly, I got this as my first drone being skeptical on it, I got the fancy one with the screen and it made it so much more worth it, not having to use my phone and having my phone able to look at the different no fly zones.In the ~2 years I have owned it, I had one crash with a tree at around 5mph, the drone recovered and continued to fly. I ofcourse landed it and inspected it, and nothing was wrong with it. I'd give it a durability rating of 8 or 9, just because of what my experiences with wrecks are (only 1 hopefully that's the only one).The picture and video quality is out of this world, I have gotten some of the best pictures I've ever taken with the mini 3, and still to thisnday I would go for the cheaper mini 3 than the mini 5.

I'm am super impressed with this mini drone. I have the air 3 but it's big and to much to carry around. I bought this and my goodness am I impressed. The pictures and videos are incredible and I really like the camera rotation. The drone performs incredibly and the battery lasts a good bit but I'll have to buy another one to get more flying time especially if your out exploring nature. For the price I'm impressed, I should have bought the mini 4 pro instead of the air 3 as they are about the same price but you live and learn. The thing that amazes me is how quietly it flys after a certain height. The mini 3 is incredible and anyone who buys it will not regret it. I highly recommend it if your on a budget too and it's super easy to fly

I don't know that I really need to write a review for this one since DJI is already the most popular US brand but I will because I love it. It takes excellent photos and video which is why I think basically everyone uses the DJI drones. It's silky smooth as far as controls go and responds to control/direction changes immediately so there isn't lag time between what I tell it to do and what its doing. It can fly a LONG way away even with trees between I can get more than a good half mile in testing on my uncles farm. These are a bit on the pricey side but its 100% worth it in my opinion for all of the features you get, warranty options, updates, and especially just the quality of the drone and controller. I've had this for at least half a year or longer now and I still use it all the time to get pictures of my property, straight down shots that I later mark up for where I ran water/electric lines, etc. Its just great to have an eye in the sky when I need it and can take pictures at any angles that I want.

This is my first drone. The DJI Mini 3 flies well but the fully charged battery doesn't seem like it lasts for the 31 minutes of flight time advertised. The Return to Home comes on rather quickly at about 21 minutes which serves its purpose but I was expecting better time overall. The included paper instructions from DJI are in tiny type and worthless. The best instruction on how to operate and fly the drone, after viewing many, was the DJI Mini 3 Pro and Mini 3 Tutorial by Otto Julian. It covers all the operation and buttonology for the RC remote controller with built in screen which is what I have. I do recommend the mini 3 but would probably go with the mini 3 Pro if I had to do it again because it has obstacle avoidance and waypoint functionality built in plus a couple more quick shot capabilities to mention a few.

It's perfect for a new drone pilot. It's a good all around beginners drone or just a good knock around drone. Takes ok pictures and is easy to fly.
