Deva Curl Heaven In Hair 235 ml or 8oz

First time I bought this cream I was a bit skeptical. Yes, it is weird and doesn't smell so good.. (but also not really bad) , but I made some research, tried it and soon I realized that this product is amazing if you know how to use. It must be applied to totally dripping wet hair, this is super important! This thing absorbs all the water and it feels like it transfers everything to the hair promoting the hydration. It is crazy, totally recommend it!

This smells awful, like the air freshner used in a lot of pub WCs... I just couldn't get past the synthetic heavy cloying smell.... it had slip, but it did not leave my hair particularly well conditioned like some other DC treatments I have used. For the price, results and the punishingly strong smell I have to say this is not one I will buy again...

I use all the Deva products and love them. This however smells awful, has a wierd blue tint to it and makes your hair feel like straw. i do not believe this is a genuine Deva product.

Did not really like the smell so I gave it to someone else and they loved it

I have used it twice and done exactly as directed. I can honestly say it has made no difference at all ;0(

I came across Deva Curl products after visiting the Devachon salon in New York during a holiday last year. It is a salon which specializes in cut and colour for people with curly hair and they have a whole philosophy around dealing with curly hair (they make you feel as if you have never washed your hair properly before!). Having had many bad experiences with hairdressers (having a big head of curly hair) I thought I would give it a go. I came away with an amazing cut and my hair was a texture I had never felt before. I was really keen to know more about the product they used. Being someone that has spent a fortune on finding product that would take away frizz, define curl, not be too heavy or too light this is conditioning product is brilliant. I teamed it with the No Poo shampoo which is massaged on the scalp of the hair and then this product is put on the ends and it can be left in if you like. It is pricey but to be honest I have half empty bottles of so much product that does not work despite the promise of soft curly hair that I do not mind splashing out on this as I know it will work. If you ever get to New York and have curly hair then definitely go to the salon!

good product for curly hair

This is a good deep conditioner, but probably not for everyone. My hair always felt stronger after I used it, but not necessarily more moisturized. Depends on what you're looking for.

Tengo el pelo rizado tipo 3A, fino y se me seca bastante y cuando utilizo esta mascarilla el pelo se me queda muy suave e hidratado. Tiene una consistencia muy densa por lo que con poca cantidad es suficiente (así que el producto cunde mucho), pero cuando te lo enjuagas el pelo no se nota pesado ni grasiento. Yo lo aplico una vez a la semana como tratamiento de acondicionamiento profundo sobre el pelo limpio y mojado, me pongo un gorro de ducha para retener el calor, y después de 30 minutos lo enjuago completamente. Muy recomendable sobre todo para nosotras las rizadas.

Juste un mots déçu... Ça sent le chimique a plein nez !! Mes cheveux ont carrément détestés !! Je l'avais acheté car j'en avais entendu parlé chez un coiffeur aux USA !

Smells like car wax but came within a week even with Christmas 4 days away.
