Great Stuff
3M brand is the only kit you should buy. It works great. The tape sticks but can be removed in the spring. Once you get the hang of installing it, it looks wrinkle free and clear. I mainly use it to keep condensation off my bathroom windows. They would always fog up and would sweat/freeze damaging the wood windows. Works great.

Reduce chill spots in home
This covered a lot of windows and worked very well. Reducing our heating bill in the Michigan winter time. Easy to install, good thickness wasn't super delicate, so good durability even when removing. Worth getting especially if you have bad windows.

Great Film, Stingy on the tape
I would get the same amount of tape with smaller kits, so of course I ran out which is unfortunate. But, the film is so much higher quality than other brands. 3.5 stars.

Unfortunately have to use this every winter because of our window. Works great! Clear viewing after application unlike other brands. Highly recommend. We use every year.

Buyer beware!!!
So I have used this window film purchased at my local hardware store. Thought I would just order from Amazon. This has been shaved down so thin that it will literly rip while trying to put it on. Lets talk about tape now. You will not and I mean not have enough tape! I got to the 6th small windows (not large and ran the crap out! ) Its like the toilet paper we buy in the store thats been shaved down these films are to thinner now !!! I wouldn't even accept a replacement of this junk. Maybe some of u got the good batch cause I sure didn't!

Works okayish.
I bought this kit since windows in my house don't seal well, and there was a lot of cold air coming in during the winter (if you're trying to see where the air is coming from you can link the back of your hand and put it near the window to see where it's not sealing). this kit was cheaper than all the other kits I saw on amazon, and it functions quite well. It is very easy to install.. you can look up some videos online to give you a good visual of how to do it. You don't have to stretch super tight across the tape, if you use heat gun or hair dryer on it afterwards it will stretch itself, and it will become clear so you can see out the windows. I did take away a star due to the tape not being.. the best... I've cleaned the area around the windows with a 409 cleaner and then wiped it once more with alcohol. On most of the areas the tape is holding up pretty well, but some areas as you can see in the pictures it has slipped, and I had to put another layer of tape and restick the film to it. That happened after i used the heat gun on it, so it might have stretched it too tightly, but I only had that problem on 3 out of 10 windows, so really it's not that terrible.. And also just a side note, the kit comes with 2 13.8yd tape rolls, not 28yd, and a few inches of it in the beginning is not usable due to it being the starting edge. Not a huge deal, but if you're already planning on covering a lot of windows with it it's something to take into account - might be worth it to buy another roll of tape. I've installed this kit a couple days ago, and it has kept my windows sealed up pretty well. I've noticed way less draft and my heat pump doesn't kick on as often as it used to. UPDATE : Itโs been almost a month since Ive installed this kit. There are multiple areas where the came has come off either partially or fully. It seems as if the film gets more tight the longer it hangs. I didnt make mine super tight or anything, just hit it with the heat gun a little so that there isnโt that much loose film, but the tape still peeled off some even in areas where it didnโt seem like it would be under that much stress (like on the sides of the windows). Itโs still better than nothing but I wish the tape was a little stronger.

works brilliantly
I had aluminium windows that have condensation when temperature drop down under 10 degree. After putting the film on, no more condensation. Loving it.

Easy to install. Once on you cant tell its there at all. We'll see how well it works once it turns cold.

Measure your windows to maximize on different packages.
Second to none. Donโt use duck brand, hard to see thru and usually lets go before spring. Never had issues with 3m products

Not Crystal Clear
Don't waste your money on this product. 3M USED TO (15-20 years ago) make the best Crystal Clear window film and it would shrink very tightly to produce an invisible window film. What we purchased and installed this week was garbage in comparison. 'Clear' is not a word I'd use to describe this let alone 'Crystal Clear'. Better install it tight as well because it does not shrink well with heat as directed. We tried Home Hardware brand which was of the same disappointing quality.
