Where the Wild Mums Are

I LOVE this book. I'm buying it for all of my friends who are mums! Really funny and charming - perfect Mother's Day or birthday present.

Bought for our daughter who has two small sons. I read it before giving it to her and it really is a funny parody of 'Where the Wild Things Are'. Brilliant book.

If you are very familiar with the original by Sendak you will love this. Even the pictures are a good take on the original.

fun for mums who feel tired and fed up. short and to the point. i enjoyed it and bought another copy for an imminent granny!

Bought three of this book; one each for daughter, step=daughter and daughter-in-law. All loved it and thought it absolutely spot on.

A present for my daughter. We thought it was hilarious! We didn't let my six year old grandson read it, to his astonishment!

Great idea but.....the mums aren't any thing like wild enough....a safe middle class joke which could have been much much cleverer....a missed opportunity.

i bought this as a gift for my friend and bought the childs version for her newborn, she loves it and i would definitely but another copy for a gift

Genauso was ich brauchte! Ich habe das originale Buch fuer meine Tochter tausendmal gelesen und ist einfach ein schoenes Buch. Muetter brauchen auch ein bisschen Spass beim Nachtvorlesen. Dieses Buch ist eine gute Loesung! Exactly what I needed! I've read the original children's book to my daughter a thousand times (or so it seems) and it's just simply a great book. But mothers also need to have a bit of fun at bedtime reading. This book is a good solution!

Es divertido, escuche la recomendación en un podcast y lo compré. Hace referencia al original para niños pero con humor para madres cansadas. Igual no es mi favorito.

I gifted this book to a Mom I know. She loved it, and had a laugh with one of our Mom friends about it who immediately asked her to send her a photo of the cover so she could buy a copy for herself. It was such a fun and lighthearted book. My Mom friend loved the book so much she thought I might want it back and didn't realize it was a gift at first. That's how enjoyable of a read it was!
