Does this watch receive a time signal in Asia and Europe

I had one in Afghanistan that did not. However I just set it for Kabul time ( one of the features) and it stayed accurate for a 8 month deployment. Not sure about Europe.

Yes it has auto EL, it can be set to manual or auto.

does it has in built battery even though is solar

Yes it has a battery and yes you have to 'and can easily' replace it. It's about 13 bucks here on Amazon. Bought one yesterday. The one in it lasted for about 6 years.
