Now I use this for 10 minutes, after using the reconstructor for 10 minutes and my hair feels fantastic. I use this every time I wash my hair (about every 5 days, to stop my hair from drying out). I would recommend getting this with the joico deep penetrating reconstructor because hair that doesn't have enough protein won't absorb as much moisture and I truly believe I only got the results I did because I used both.
