It won't charge, Is there a reason for this? I'm past my exchange window.

The ONLY thing I can think of, is the plug pushed in all of the way? I know at first mine didn't, I was putting it in the holder, but found laying on it's side and ensuring the plug was snug worked. Good Luck

Can I use a charger with more than 5 voltage?

You need to make sure the output voltage of the adapter you used is under 7V.

Does the item come fully charged? When I turned mine on for the first time it shows 73% charged and I’m concerned that I’ve received a used product

Mine didn’t come fully charged but it is definitely not water resistant like it is advertised it quit working after 1 time use in shower

Great until 1st charge. Never worked again.

It was an effective exfoliator. AT FIRST.When I plugged it in to charge for the first time, it registered as charging so I left it on charge until the numbers said '99'. I then unplugged it to use.NOTHING.No power at all.For me, a complete waste of money.

Facial brush

Arrived quickly as usual with Amazon and was up and working straightaway. Some of the brushes are a little harsh but might settle down with use. Overall very pleased with it. Time will tell!!

Reliability is a thing .

In terms of reliability you either get an AK47 or you don't, it's roulete. When it works it's absolutely fantastic and my face feels peek hygiene. When they develope electrical issues they are a pig turning themselfs on, refusing to turn off and having heavy controls.I have owned three of these units the first one an absolute trooper worked no matter what. The second one within a week it went rouge which resulted in me having to club it to death at 4am in the morning because it would not shut up and I wanted to go back to sleep. The third started going rouge got the club out and it stared behaving, think the ghost of the other one told it the score.
