NOT GOOD
Texture terrible, taste terrible. I tried to cut a slice and ended up with a plate full of crumbs. It looks like someones first attempt at bread making. All of the packs in the box are the same.I describe only what i found.

Beautiful "black" bread
These loaves are truly excellent with a real sourdough "tang". I am enjoying them in all sorts of ways - plain, toasted, with butter, without, with honey, lovely with soup and cheese. No problems with storage either - individually packed in strong, sealed packets, ambient storage, best before 08 Sep 2012. (They will be long gone by then!) Highly recommended.

Can be stale
Sunnyvale products are good if fresh but you can't go by the sell by date. You can have a good sell by date 6 months in advance and still the bread tastes old and stale. I phoned Sunnyvale about this and they couldn't care less!

Not fantastic but good
Nice rye bread, maybe a bit too firm but nice when toasted.

Excellent bread.
I've tried both this sourdough bread and Sunnyvale's sprouted rye bread, and they're excellent. So far, I haven't encountered a rye bread that's as good as the ones Sunnyvale makes, except for one sourdough bread from Tarragona. Anyway, Sunnyvale is a safe bet as far as quality is concerned.
