Not compatible with Windows Phone, emits noise, badly translated manual
It works so 2 stars instead of 1. Now the rest of the review:Can't connect it to Alexa if you don't have an android or iOS device. Also, once powered on, it emits a high frequency buzz. That once heard can't be unheard.The manual is badly translated. Phrases like "After finish configuration", "After complete the setting", "device t be controlled" are scary to be honest, considering that this is an electrical device.It has nothing to do with the LOHAS LED light as far as I can tell.The socket's brand seems to be TUYA. So how is it even legal to sell products under a misleading, incorrect name.In essence, another chinese toy, that doesn't look like it went through any Quality Control.And proves how much Amazon has become a wild west of eCommerce nowadays.

These do work with a bit of hard work.
Had problems connecting to alexa which was frustrating. Kept trying and finally it worked with a bit of trial and error. Try adding as a 'switch' rather than a 'socket'.A lot of people seem to have issues around 5.0GHz / 2.4GHz wifi frequency. I have sky Q hub and this did not seem to be a issue for me. There was no need to change sky hub setting etc. I dont have Sky Q TV so maybe 2.4 Hz is default setting.Setup with 'smart life' app was fairly easy.The build quality is as expected, fairly average but fit for purpose.

No problems, initial setup is very easy. I did have problems swapping the wifi settings when moving to another location - had to hard reset unit. Would be nice if app was passworded or the toggles had confirmation, it's maybe too easy to switch things off/on.

Get link to Tuya from Alexa App skill working
This product claims to be Alexa compatible but when you try to add the skill and link to the Tuya app it comes up with an unusable interface and writing in Chinese. Wherever you click it does absolutely nothing.

Took no time to set up, and , worked a treat. Done deal.

Easy to use and well priced.
Well priced and easy to pair to tuya and alexa. This is my third one and will get a few more. I have Lohas lights too, so all sit nicely together in Tuya app and set up by room on Alexa.
