Very stinky, not a nice stink but that's good it's not perfume it's there to deter mosquitoes. As far as I can tell it's worked - although I've only ever used on exposed areas of my hands and neck and face as I am allergic to mosquito bites so I'm always wearing at least two layers of clothing. People can be a bit judgemental on hot sumer days when you are over-dressed, and also this stuff makes me stink as well as my looking inappropriately dressed, but it is what it is.

Much better than some of the more chemically scented bug repellants and seems to be effective. Haven’t been out in the evening yet when I used to get bitten the most

Being quite expensive I thought it would work but unfortunately for me it didn't. I bought it as I was being plagued by flying insects on the golf course but alas the little sod's ignored it and continued to attack.

This has proved an excellent repellent for the honey bees that had decided to nest in my loft, all gone now and no animals were harmed
