Excellent Roller
A really useful addition to my roller collection. This one works well with the back muscles, allowing you to protect the spine whilst finding those hard to hit places. Rolling along vertebrae by vertebrae finding and releasing the painful spots is very useful

Use it regularly now
I've used this for a while now. I believe it works in order to sooth out some very tight back muscles. Think of it like doing your own back massage
