This phone works great. It doesn't have all the features of a standard phone (NFC, Biometrics, Certain apps may not be supported, etc.) but it's still a decent Samsung device. The screen resolution is lower and will be noticeable if you are switching from a higher end device, but it's not unbearable for the price. I have Ultra Mobile, and it connected right away once the sim was inserted. Read the description carefully, as not all networks will work on this device.

This is an excellent choice, I thought it wouldn't last a year but it's been one year and still working.

This phone does not work with any American service. be clear with this before you buy it, because it works for a little bit and then stops working, and at that point you cant return it.

What terrible decision it was to buy this phone!Super laggy and it would not operate with a SIM card after I wasted my money activating, buying a new sim, and a professional trying to fix it.And the face recognition is terrible… it’ll only scan one position of your face. If you so much as turn by a centimeter or not the right kind of lighting, it won’t workBad investment… Save your money and buy a more recent and good quality phone… this is not it!Returning it doesn’t even justify the time, energy, and money wasted here
