Does it work with Jessica Life Jacket base coat?

Can this product be used to accelerate drying between coats please

No. I believe that the correct manicure is 1 coat of basecoat, 2 coats of polish, 1 coat of topcoat. After 5/10 minutes I then put the drops on. It is excellent & done this way the nails stay good for ages. Ok it takes time but it is worth it to get a really good look. Settle down, wine to hand, tv on, & away you go! Hope that helps.

Does this effect the top coat in any way (will it thin it out to not last as long)?

I cannot say that I have noticed any change in how long it lasts

Does this work with matte polishes? As in the finish stays matte, not becomes shiny?

Never used it with matte but it will be fine. I think it’s brilliant a drop on each nail and it dries very quickly.?
