I have very thick wavy/curly hair and do a lot of swimming both in pool and open water. As you can imagine my hair does get damaged and knotty quite quickly. Even though I’m forever brushing it, add to that the heat and my hair looked like a bird nest. Usually use a different brand but that’s not always available so bought this instead and was amazed how quickly and easy it got the knots out my hair.
