Suitable for our needs have it in the bedroom good sound nice size

bought for my daughter who is off to Uni this year and wanted a CD player. I didn't want to spend a fortune and found that in my price range the CDs reviews were awful. I came across this one on Amazon and I know Robertson is a good name so I checked out the reviews and chose this one! so glad I did, it looks great and most importantly the sound is really clear with a good volume range. Handy to have the DAB radio too. She is very pleased with it! Its good quality and a fair price. It arrived really quick too! - thankyou!

Purchased mainly to use as a good quality radio in the kitchen or to carry around the house. For that reason I'm happy with the carry handle. Everyone works well, it's easy to figure out and there are plenty of options for storing/changing channels and functions. Requires a lot of batteries, if you're not using the mains, and they don't last for long. Basic user instructions included. My 'niggles'; there's no remote or ear phones and the control knobs are small meaning it's clumsy to change from one function to the next. Audio quality is fine for CDs and Bluetooth but the radio can sometimes sound muffled. It is what I expected and though quite basic I'm generally happy.

Brilliant little radio and multi-player! As ever with Roberts equipment, it is made from good quality materials and well put together. It is pretty easy to use and the initial set up is easy too, as it searches out all available stations and then loads them itself.Your favourite stations can then be selected and added to your pre-set list so going between stations becomes as easy as using your TV!The CD player is very good too with a high quality soft touch opening at the top of the unit. Once you've listened to some CD's, you can always plug in a USB stick and listen to all your digital music as well.All in all, this is a really great little set that is packed full of quality and innovation and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a compact good quality radio/music player.

Takes up very little space in the corner of the kitchen work top. Bought for my lovely wife who likes her CD collection and Classic FM [on DAB] preset.Tons of volume and amazing sound for such a small device. We have been fans of Roberts for decades. This is exactly what we wanted.. Looks good in white and took that option. I doubt that we will use batteries and it is light without them but very stable with a large area for the base.

This is so much better than the Sony equivalent I bought a year ago for the kitchen. This is for listening to audio books at night and the quality is superb. It’s so easy to use and looks really pretty too. I hesitated because some of the reviews were very poor, which I cannot understand.

I’d been unsure about buying a digital radio for quite a while, but finally decided to treat myself as I had built up quite a lot of Amazon credit. I liked the look of this one as it’s a long established, reliable brand and is a nice compact size. It fits perfectly in my kitchen window and now I can listen to my local radio station without any interference even when the microwave is on. It has lots of preset stations and has a clear sound with ample volume control.

Bought mainly for the CD player for my wife (Bruce of course) CD works well but setting up the Radio particularly for DAB is not easy. The screen is miniscule. I do not think it was worth the money.
