My Second Guy Fieri Knife
I was so taken by the 8" chefs knife I received as a gift, that I ordered the 5.5"utility knife. I have cutlery from Wustoff and Henkels that are excellent tools. This knife rates right with them with one exception. I have used it for 9 months now and have noticed a slight flaw. The blade is slightly twisted so it cuts towards my left hand fingers holding whatever I am cutting. I can't say enough good things about the chefs knife and these Kuckle Sandwich knives perform with the big boys. Great blade sharpness and durability. The slight blade twist is minor.

A good knife
I bought this one to go with the other Guy Fieri knife. I thought it would be a great set for my husband, but he really didn't need this one. He really likes it, but it wasn't necessary.

"Right-handed" knife
This knife is more like "right-handed" knife due to serration blade that has angled cuts only on the rightside of the blade. Left side is flat/straight. I have been frustrated with such knives before where I couldn't make straight downward cuts, and this knife is same.

My Favorite Knife
I bought theย Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Dagger and Chef Knife Set by Ergo Chef ย 3 years ago and I've used the Knuckle Sandwich Dagger everyday since - I very rarely use the Chef Knife. I cook a lot and I use this to chop up tons of all sorts of veggies and it's also great for slicing homemade bread.I have small hands and it fits them perfectly and the weight of the knife is perfect, too. It's by far the best knife I've ever owned. I love it so much I bought one for my Mom last Christmas and I'm here buying another as a house warming gift.

Decent knife
This knife is kinda a tweener. It is too small for a typical bread knife and being serrated it is more specialized than a good paring knife. Quality seems great.

This knife rocks!
I received this knife as a birthday gift. This is by far the best knife i have ever owned. The way the handle fits my hand and the precision of the blade is absolutely amazing. I am a mechanic who loves to cook, so my hands are not the smallest and this knife fits perfectly. I have never had a knife slice through fruit or veg like this. Cutting a tomato is unreal! My hats off to Guy Fieri for making not only the coolest looking knife I have ever seen, but the functionality of it blows your mind!!

Overpriced tomato knife.
Sharp, but too small for any normal kitchen tasks. You can slice a tomato, that's about it. Too small to slice a sandwich! The square butt of the knife digs into your palm and is VERY uncomfortable and not ergonomic whatsoever. Looks neat, that's about it. NOT recommended for anyone in the culinary industry.

Best knife I own.
Best knife I own. Bought a set of his knives in a block , love them too. Great looking knives for a guy, not wimpy looking like some . I cook outside on the grill all year long and use this knife to cut just about everything I grill. Like to have more knives and gadgets with this color scheme on the handles, but I think they have discontinued the knuckle sandwich series, to bad , love these knives from Guy. Might email him and find out.

Great Knife, No Gimmick!
It may look like a gimmick knife, but this knife is very well made. I'm quite happy with the finish and over-all quality of the knife. I'll give Guy Fieri kudos for this one, he put his name on a knife that he should be proud of. No junk here, just a modest-priced, cool looking knife.Despite the fact it looks more like a cheese knife, this knife has become my go-to BBQ knife. I can cut little pieces off and serve to starving onlookers using the forked tip. Very handy. The only area of concern is the shape of the blade. Pay careful attention to it as its a SCALLOPED BLADE. This may be good for you or maybe not, just thought I'd point it out as I didn't notice it until I opened the box. I've come to like it but we warned, this will be a challenge to sharpen. If you're using a sharpening steel, it's not that difficult, but using a stone may not be so easy.Over-all great knife.

Was Disapointed
My third Guy Fieri knife. My other two are great, but this thing is only beveled on one side. It wants to steer to one side. I amused this was more of a professional knife, which it is definitely not. It is also very small.
