*update* after I left my review, the seller contacted me and sent me a new mouse. It has worked like a champ so far. I am so happy, because I really do love this mouse. It’s responsive, intuitive, and it feels great (both ergonomically and tactile), plus the buttons are so quiet and smooth when you click.And I seriously can’t say enough nice things about the customer service experience :)I loved this mouse… it was comfortable and quiet and rechargeable. It lasted for about a month of not even daily use. Now it works for about 15 minutes on a full charge before it just stops. No warning or anything. Just quits working because it has no more juice left.

This is my first vertical mouse, and I love it. Color, feel, etc., alleviated my write pain wonderfully. However on 12/20, about four months after I purchased this mouse, it stopped working, with no warning, no notice that it needed to charge, anything. I plugged it in immediately, and despite blinking lights suggesting the charge is working, after charging overnight, there is no sign of life. It appears unable to hold a charge. I will be purchasing a more reliable brand like Logitech after this.

It took about a week for me to get used to using this mouse. If you get the crook of your thumb right up on to the mouse (if you don't have a little hand at least) your fingers fall right in line with the buttons. I have been using it out of the box since it was delivered 14 days ago and in the middle of working, the pointer just stopped. The batter was dead. No blinking to notify me it was on it's last run or anything, it just stopped working. It does still work when plugged in, although the charging cord is relatively short. But it certainly didn't last for a month. My use is typically 12-14 hours a day 5 days a week, and I turn the power switch off when I leave my computer for the day. That is still a perfectly respectable battery life for me, and I was just curious how long the battery would last compared to the specs given. Overall I don't have any usage complaints.

Works well

Got this mouse for the ergonomic design to address carpal tunnel issues for moderate office work. It worked fine for a few months with roughly 20 hours a week of office productivity use. I haven't had to charge it since the initial charge.Suddenly, the other day, it just stopped working. I plugged it in, which began charging the mouse and allowed me to use it as a wired device. After charging for four to five hours, the mouse will still not work without being plugged in. Tried resyncing it and switching power on and off. It appears the battery just died.The only cons other than the battery dying are that it has a proprietary USB A adapter (USB C would have been nice) and the charging port is an older style micro-USB port (again, not USB C).I guess I wasn't expecting much for a $13 mouse, but it clearly wasn't designed to last very long.

Like others, this mouse has a great design, quiet clicks and held a decent charge until it doesn't. Have had for 4 months and it won't charge. I'm using the original charging cord and plugged into the computer as instructed and device appears green as if charged, yet won't work. Most frustrating about this is I'm outside the return window and I can't find a way to get a hold of the manufacture at all. Will pay the extra for a more reputable brand.

I just got this mouse and it was working really well and then it came to first charge. I plugged it in for 24 hours just in case then unplugged it and it died immediately. It is now a wired mouse and it won't work without being plugged in. I don't know what happened but I am annoyed. I will use the mouse for now but will look else where for a new one.Edit:Due to the excellent customer service I received and getting a replacement I will be adjusting my review. However, this did not resolve my issue the replacement also did not work whenever you unplugged it. At this point I'm thinking it's my bad luck but I'm not going to penalize the company for it since they were so prompt with assisting me with this problem.As a Wired Mouse it works fine. It's silent and comfortable to hold

This is a great economy ergonomic mouse. Unfortunately, it was poorly packaged and when it arrived, something was rattling around inside the mouse and it wouldn't work. There are three screws under the plastic tabs under the mouse, removed them and discovered the battery had become disconnected. Reconnected the battery and the mouse works fine. I wanted to mention this in case it happens to someone else. Easy fix and saves you the trouble of returning it.

Le curseur "skip' et saute d'une place à l'autre le tiers du temps. Ne se déplace pas en douceur sur l'écran. Par contre la forme a beaucoup aidé mes douleurs au poignet

Love the size and feel but it stopped charging after two months . I don’t recommend it

Exchange period ended November 19th and now the device no longer works. Not happy
