Description

Oxidative emulsion with oxygenated water to a concentration of 30 Volume (9%). Develops the colour to mingle with the permanent cream hair dye in the discolouration. Also used for mixing with dust wb5l in the decoloraciones hair. Mode of use: Mix Well In A Plastic Bowl with the cream or stain with the dust wb5l to form a homogeneous cream and apply.
