The mask has provided relief from month's long sinus pain. My head circumference is 22 inches and the mask fits well. At first, there seemed to be a bit of pressure on the sides of my not so dainty nose, but with adjustment that was rectified. I'd prefer the eye holes to be a bit bigger, but I'm able to read and watch TV, so the openings are not a problem. The edges seen in my periphery vision are not an issue as the edges are even and nicely finished. There was a very slight smell at first, but it quickly left. I do wish that it was portable so that the comfort didn't have to be left behind when moving around. The fact that it heats up in seconds, combined with being able to set the timer for longer than 15 minutes are definite benefits. Also, resets are made super easy by the remote control. I do plan to purchase another mask to use in my bedroom. I can't speak to long-term durability yet, however, I use it daily and several times a day with no signs of deterioration.

I regularly suffer from sinus and tension headaches. I was using over-the-counter medications like they were Tic Tacs, smearing my forehead with Apsercreme with lidocaine, and putting a bit of Vicks VapoRub under my nose for the menthol relief. These methods would work for a bit, but finding some relief was a lot of effort.This fits nicely around my head with the adjustable Velcro, and I am able to select the heat level and time before it automatically shuts off. The heat has been so helpful with the headaches and has encouraged my sinuses to drain. I even flipped it around so the heated part was on my jaw and the Velcro closure at the top of my head when I had a particularly stressful day with a lot of jaw clenching. It could conform around my jaw and place the heat in the right spot.The cord is nice and long, so you don't have to worry about being 6 inches away from a plug.I have yet to use it with the moisture option. I'm afraid I will never want to take the mask off once I try that.You aren't supposed to sleep with it on, but it does so well helping me relax the tension that it is hard to stay awake most of the time. I am able to put the mask on and put my glasses lightly over it so I can enjoy the healing heat and still watch television. I'm sure I look like a Wish version of Zorro or the masked man from The Princess Bride, but I do not care. Happiness and health over vanity :)

Works as described. Love when I needed this when my sinuses were acting up. The heat really did help me.

This mask has helped me from so much pain of migraines while still being able to watch TV or use my phone, the heat is great, the ease of use was perfect, the value was fantastic for the quality you recieve, if there was more than 5 stars I would give it higher

I love this mask. It is worth it for the price. As someone who suffers from headaches, it really helps to relieve them without always needed medicine. The smell is minimum, which is important when using it for headaches because smells can trigger worse sensations. The high setting is a little too warm for me, but it has a great display to avoid burns. It’s durable and high-quality.

I do like this, it’s really helpful for my temple/above eye headaches and migraines. The timer and multiple heat settings are great.As others have said, it doesn’t contour well so it doesn’t really provide heat to the sinus area.My biggest issue though is that the Velcro is cheap and after a few months it has worn out so it won’t say adhered. If I move even a little it comes undone. I’m going to try buying replacement Velcro strips and sewing them on, but it’s annoying.

Absolutely fantastic. We use this mask to relieve headaches, stress, or just to calm down. Almost always leads to a short nap! The heat the mask gives off is great, easy to turn up or down. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of this so far!

For my sinusitis and migraine flare-ups, it’s a lifesaver. I combine it with the nasal infrared light and feel relief from the very first session.
