I'm pleased with the taste, and it dissolves more easily than any other protein I have tried (and I have tried a boat load of them!). You can literally put a scoop in water, and let it sit for a minute, then swirl it some, and it's fine. I usually use one of the shakers with the whisk ball (excellent solution, esp when traveling), or now of the hand-held blenders, but it's not necessary unless you are in a hurry (I found a couple of small lumps when I hurried a few days ago, and just threw it in and stirred with a fork, but I was able to man- up and choke it down). Also, this is a pretty big can. I have had this for more than a month, and I do 1.5 scoop shakes (40g of protein), usually twice a day. It might be half gone. I expect a can to last 2 - 3 months at that pace, so it's a worthwhile investment. This product is also rated highly.

Great product for those looking for a isolated protein without carbs and low calories. Vanilla flavour taste really well and you can use it to cook fit recipes. Besides the delivery is just outstanding only 1 day!!!

Good delivery just that I received the "New improved flavour" version as opposed to the original in the photo. Not a problem to most but I prefer the old flavour.

Easy for my stomach. Dissolves very well. Best protein shake I’ve ever had and I prefer the vanilla flavour. I get to mix it with my yogurt and overnight oats. I also take it immediately after a good workout to prevent fatigue and soreness.
