Enamel Roaster with Lid 26cm - Single

I've been baking sourdough bread using this pan for 18 months. Recently, I've decided to 'upgrade' and purchased highly rated and expensive dutch ovens from LeCreuset and Emile Henry. Unfortunately, neither gave results as good as this pan and they had to go. I highly recommend it for bread making. My only concern is that it does chip over time even with careful handling and the exposed steel could be detrimental to health. There is also a temperature limitation and I would not he safe in temperatures over 250°C.

Great Pan for the price

So it is broadly as it is described with one major thing that is wrong in the advert. The advert says it is 20cm deep but it is not. As you can see from the box it is in fact only 11cm deep. I had searched for some time to get a deep tin so it’s disappointing that it is not as described.

The Enamel Roaster is exactly as described and it is a well manufactured item. I bought it to bake sourdough and I’m sure that it will do the job perfectly.

Fuente con tapa de las que usaba mi abuela . Esta bien lograda la densidad del armazón está muy conseguido y el calor aguanta mucho en este tipo de cazuelas Para mi cumple con las espectativas

A me è arrivata tutta sbeccata ...... poi per il resto è molto sottile non credo che sia idonea per cottura ma solo come piatto portata

Stile antico e, per questo, molto simpatico! Cucina benissimo qualsiasi cibo....! E' bello trovare rivenditori che rivalutano lo stile di un tempo.
