I started taking these vitamin D gel tablets just under a year ago. I was experiencing arthritic stiffness in one finger and trigger finger in a few of my other fingers. I started sleeping with finger splints because I was unable to straighten them on waking. After about 3 months of taking 1 every night the symptoms greatly reduced and at this point I am symptom free. Even the arthritic finger has loosened up. I don't know for a fact that it's the vitamin D that is responsible but I've changed nothing else so I shall continue taking them. It is great to have working fingers again. I thought I would have to live with it. For the price it's worth a try.

This product is competitively priced and at a dosage that seems to be recommended by experts. It's too soon to tell if it's doing me any good yet but in the dreary winter months with no sun, I'm hoping it will keep me topped up with vitamin D and help boost my immune system. As a puny child in the 60s I was given uv treatment to achieve the same thing, this seems a safer bet than that! AN UPDATE, both me and my husband took this daily throughout the last winter (the one with the Beast from the East) and despite being in constant contact with the grandchildren, neither of us had a severe cold or 'flu. Something obviously gave our elderly immune systems a boost. Maybe it was the vitamin D3 - who knows.

I'd been diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency last winter and judging by the way I felt 2 weeks ago i knew the deficiency was back due to feeling so fatigued, low moods and my bones and muscles felt so sore all the time. Its common to lose vitamin D at this time of year due to the low sun in winter and covering up so skin is not exposed to vitamin D from sunlight. I'm only in my early 30's and knew it wasn't right to feel so bad so I bought these and I honestly feel so much better!! My knees don't feel like they are breaking and my muscles arn't cramping, I trust that these work perfectly for me and will carry on taking until spring.

I have been taking these for a year and have just ordered my second bottle as these are the easiest to swallow that I have found of the several vitamin d3 products I have tried after medical advice to take supplements of this daily.

I've been taking vitamin D for 20 years and I'm convinced they reduce the frequency and severity of colds. Either way, these are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach.

Have just bought these Vit D soft gel capsules via Amazon. There's a whole year's supply of these at a very reasonable price and they were delivered promptly. I think they are a very good buy and am pleased with them. I have been buying tubs of 60 Vit D pills and this big bottle is much cheaper than 6 of those, so a good deal.
