Do you have a spare lid for the 3kg feeder that I could buy?

sorry no. mine got ruined by a young dog i had at the time, i think she thought it was a frisbee toy. i made a replacement with a plastic lid and cut a slot in it to receive the handle part of the feeder,i also cable tied the lid to the feeder. give it a try and goodluck.

Can you hang these up?

I use mine in an aviary and it is situated on a shelf. my canary's can fly up to it. The handle on top is plastic and I suspect you could hang it up but it will hold a lot of seed or food and the weight might be a bit too much for the handle after a while. Plastic being what it is, tends to get brittle with age and sunlight, plus, depending on the birds, it may swing about a lot and you might get spillage of the food. If you have to hang it up don't put too much food in it to keep the weight down. Hope this helps. Regards Mick
