Doctor Who: The Tardis Handbook (DOCTOR WHO, 18)

The only thing I don't like about this book, is the number of pages (128); I had originally asked for it as a Christmas Present, but this put me off and I opted for History of the Universe in 100 objects. However, because the book was under £10 on Amazon I ordered it in January. I've spent the last 14 days reading it; again with the low number or pages I opted to read a little bit at time, just to make it last. It is filled with so much detail, and I thoroughly enjoyed every single page. Aside from the fictional history of the TARDIS and Doctor Who, including sections on the shows alien races, it also goes behind the scene, and also gives the history of the proper Police Telephone Call Box. There is another good section which deals with the regeneration process, and lists why each Doctor regenerated and what their last words were, and what their successor's first words were. Add to this, photographs, diagrams and script extracts and you end up with a nicely published, well written book.

this book was good because every single page was purely about the tardis and revealed things about the tardis and the timelords from old episodes that modern-day children would not know, so it tells you everything you want to know about the tardis and timelords without having to watch the episodes.

My small Whovian really enjoyed this book, but it was published in 2010 and not revised since. It's an interesting little hardback, but a decade out of date!

Another gift for my Daughter that is full of facts and information. Would be good for anyone with an interest in Doctor Who, but great for anyone wanting to boneup for a quiz. Superb value for money.

This product was sold as very good condition, but just good condition would have been more accurate, I'm a little bit disappointed with the condition of the book because of this. However, the price was good and it arrived in great time owing to my Prime membership. It's a wonderful little book about the best space ship in the world! Highly recommend. Vworp Vworp! 😃
