Supplies useful features.
It's solid, but not bulky. All of the options are helpful and relevant and can help save battery life on my phone.

No Playlist Feature? Here's a workaround for an otherwise nifty MP3
Grabbed this to replace a similar sized unit that died at the 3 yr point. This one is slightly bigger overall, nice for touchscreen ops since tiny screens and my fat fingers don't always cooperate. It's about 20% bigger than the old Apple Nano for those who remember that gem.I expected a new unit to be USB-C, but this one is the older micro-USB. It comes with a cable, so if you've already ditched your old cables, no worries. Connected to PC and the display showed charge/transfer simultaneously, so far so good. Transferred a few songs using drag and drop into the MUSIC folder that appears on the PC File Explorer screen (sorry, I don't know how this works on a Mac or Apple device), then went to re-build my running playlist, only to discover...there's no way to build a playlist. I emailed the company, no response, so I got creative and tried to create subfolders in the "MUSIC" folder on the device, using the PC File Explorer interface. WA-LAH!! I made a few folders, copied songs from the main MUSIC folder into the subfolders, and the titles of the subfolders appear in the MUSIC folder (both on the PC and on the device screen). Tap the subfolder on the touchscreen, and it will play only the songs in that subfolder...just like a playlist! No clue why it doesn't have a playlist feature, but this trick works fine, the metal case is a big bonus, and the sound quality is great for a sports-intended MP3. The belt clip holder that's included was exactly what I was looking for, so I'll finish this review and hit the road with my music again!

Great customer service and nice player
I had one of these for about a year, and it worked great until it fell out of my pocket into a big puddle. So I ordered another one that malfunctioned after a month, but they sent me a new one without any hassle. The customer service agent was great. Hopefully this one works as well as my very first one. Live the sound quality on it and the touchscreen controls.

Do not buy this product.
I had this player for two months before the on/off button became so recessed that you’re unable to turn it on. I loved it before then. And the email address for the company is invalid and I was unable to contact them via their website. Very frustrating. And of course Amazon wouldn’t let me return it. Buyer beware.

good hardware, bad software
This MP3 player has a very lightweight and fast OS, but navigating menus is a chore and the bluetooth support is wack. It wouldn't see my bluetooth speaker at all, nor all the other random bluetooth devices I expect to see when in the pairing menu of my phone or laptop, which tells me that the software support for bluetooth is extremely limited, and the antenna may be very weak. I uploaded one album of about 97 songs which plays fine, but the next album appears like an empty folder, even though its full of MP3 files just like the first, even lower bitrate than the ones that work so I have no idea why it refuses to work other than the OS just being trash. The finish on the device is great though, the glass and aluminum body feels sturdy and premium. the touch screen is responsive, the addition of a little mic and speaker are convenient for the recording function. the sound quality is pretty good, despite the limited EQ only offering the typical exaggerated presets.EDIT: The issue appears to be DRM. On the sdcard is a converter program for windows, but I run Linux so I went and found SoundConverter. While it gets the files to play this is an issue as most people won't know what settings to select such as bitrate, so they could end up with bad quality or large files but overall not much of an issue, just kinda annoying.

Compact and functional
Works well for the price, I use it to run and it is convenient due to the size and Bluetooth compatibility works well with my non-brand wireless earplugs. Reliable so far

This device has been amazing
I was a little hesitant to buy this. My iPod Shuffle battery is about worn out, yeah I am old, so I was looking for a replacement. This one is easy to transfer music from Apple Music. The sound quality is okay. The device speaker is missing bass. The included headphones are also the antenna for the FM radio. The reception is localized. A regular FM radio will pickup stations from a great distance, but this one does not. I have not tried all of the features but the two I really wanted was music and FM radio. Overall it is not too heavy, It has a belt clip, earpone/radio antenna, 3.5mm line, to connect to your car radio or stereo and works great, a 32G SD Card and finally a charging cord. The reason for the 4-star rating is the sound quality is average. But, one of the reason I wanted this was that it will connect via Bluetooth and it works great. This device is amazing for what it does at a great price.
