Good quality at the price point
Was not sure how this would compare to the name-brand aluminum box but when I could order 2 for the price of 1 of the name brand, I gave it a shot. They both arrived well- packaged and undamaged. The quality seems decent. Footprint of the 50L is identical to the 42L of the name brand, but is about 1.5" taller. They stack together, though. I'm taking these on a 1500+ mile overland trip with some serious offroading so time will tell on how they hold up! I'll plan to update this review after that trip.

This just in
Day oneIt just came off the brown truck. I bought the 30 L the 50 L and two 95 L for my glamping gear. I was using Husky Boxes. I was shocked how big the 95 is. I guess because its gunnels are low. It’s more than big enough for my camp chef Everest stove. I planned on putting my cooking gear in one container. The only issue I have is that it should use a piano hinge and those rivets in the top for the opening strap. But it’s not going to effect my camping experience as these will be riding inside and will not be riding on top of my vehicle so that everyone can see that I spent a lot of money and follow me, and rob me at the camp site. I camp in a Oztent and these will go inside and serve a dual purpose as shelves and storage. If I need to lock them because of my environment then I’ll just put them back on the vehicle where I have insurance coverage to cover theft. They are very nice and will last me a lifetime. Since I’m old that’s maybe twenty years. They are also lighter than a root molded container so that’s a plus.Tested them out at the Southeast Adventure Vehicle expo this past weekend. Used one 95 L for my sleep gear including sleeping bag pillow and rechargeable lantern.Used another 95 L for 4 (1 LB stove propane) cooking pots and pan as well as sink and cleaning gear and trash bags and coffee kettle and press.Used a 50L for my food pantry.Used a 30L for my electronicsWorked very well and everything was dry with no bugs. Boxes are not as heavy as my AluBox that I keep my Oztent in. But it’s very big. The Alubxz skin is just a wee bit thicker. But I didn’t roll down the road with these exposed to weather.

Damaged
This is the second Eylar Overland box I ordered, and obviously this one was returned because it was damaged. However, I didn't realize it until I had thrown the box away. Both latches have scratches on the front of them, and then the loop section for the latch on both ends is pushed in, so you cannot latch it. I will have to take something to pry them both down and open so the latch will work.

Dented in Transit
I wish I had purchased it locally and not through Amazon. It’s not terribly sturdy and has multiple dents after shipment. It also appears to have been returned by someone else and then sent to me. Odds are good it was damaged multiple times.
